Siasia is originally from Washington State but due to her parents being in the military, she moved to Kentucky in 2008 and has been here ever since. She has always wanted to be in a profession that involves helping others and since she can remember smiles have fascinated her. In 2017, she went to ATA College to become an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant and soon after graduating was cross-trained in dental insurance and dental office support.

When she’s not working, Siasia enjoys reading, writing poetry, traveling, tagging along with her husband to his drum events, and spending time with her friends and family. Siasia looks forward to greeting you at your next dental visit!

As a passionate advocate for oral health and a committed dental professional, our Hygienist Angi, contributes a wealth of knowledge and experience to St. Matthews Family Dental. Since 1997 Angi has been committed to making each patient’s dental visit a positive and educational experience. When she is not educating patients at the office, she is teaching future hygienists at the University of Louisville. On her days off, Angi enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.

Born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky Chloe went on to graduate from Western Kentucky University. She has worked as a dental hygienist for three years now. Her favorite part of her job is getting to connect with patients and help them achieve their oral health goals! When not helping patients, she enjoys reading, going to the movies, game nights with friends and taking her dog Murphy to the dog park!

Nicole graduated from The University of Louisville Dental Hygiene School in 2022. She is initially from the Chicago suburbs but now lives in St. Matthews with her husband Gilson and their German Shepherd, Juice. Nicole is a 3rd generation dental hygienist, following the footsteps of both her mother and grandmother. In her free time she runs an antique booth at a peddlers mall. On the weekends, she spends most of her time thrifting, being with family, and reading.

Mackenzie

Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Mackenzie has been with St. Matthews Family Dental her entire dental career. Born and raised in Louisville, Mackenzie graduated from pleasure ridge park high school, and went on to attend Medquest college where she received her EDDA certification.

Mackenzie spends her free time boating and fishing at the lake, hiking trails and playing competitive Poker.

Patient Coordinator

Tori is the often first smile you’ll see at St. Matthews Family Dental. Originally from Louisville, Tori moved to Campbellsville for college where she majored in biology and was on the volleyball team. Since then, she’s moved across the river and lives in Southern Indiana with her husband and goldendoodle, Olive. When she’s not in the office, Tori enjoys playing volleyball, hiking with her pup, and game nights with family.
